Common Questions

Can I bring my kids with me?

Yes! At The Grind we have a separate play area just for kids at no extra charge. We also offer Youth Memberships so your kids can workout too!

Do I have to schedule to attend a class?

No. Anytime you can make it to a class you are welcome to come, no scheduling needed.

Are all the classes the same?

No! Every class has a different variation of workouts, but fall under one of three categories: Stations, Tabata, or Kettle bells

Do I need to bring anything to class?

We have everything you need at the gym however, feel free to bring your own yoga mat!
