Stations

This training consists primarily of body weight movements which range from burpes and jumping jacks to sledgehammer and battle ropes! Come push your body’s limits to these specifically designed classes to boost your overall endurance.

Kettlebells

Variations of movements and lifts that will target from chest, arms, and core to legs, glutes, and back. This fullbody workout is great for improving flexibility, strengthening core stability, and producing twice the results of a typical gym workout!

Tabata

Target aerobic and anaerobic systems with high intensity interval training. An exercise is given to be performed in intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeated for 8 rounds (4 minutes total). This exercize will improve cardiovascular performance.

Meet the Trainer

Kristina started her career working at Core Fit ‘N Motion as a coach in 2011. After working for 5 years and obtaining several certifications, Kristina shifted gears to Iron Barre Yoga in order to explore a more independent opportunity. Just one year after relocating, with the dream of owning her own gym, Kristina opened “The Grind”.
