Meet the Trainer
Kristina started her career working at Core Fit ‘N Motion as a coach in 2011. After working for 5 years and obtaining several certifications, Kristina shifted gears to Iron Barre Yoga in order to explore a more independent opportunity. Just one year after relocating, with the dream of owning her own gym, Kristina opened “The Grind”.
